How long will it take to receive my leather piece? 

Items on Ruzzana.com are made to order and will be shipped within 2-4 weeks after the order has been placed and the payment has been confirmed. Please take this timing into consideration when placing your order. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at customerservice@ruzzana.com to discuss expedited shipping options. Rush fees apply.

How do I select the correct size?

Start with taking the correct measurements of your body. Please use our Size Guide for more details on exactly how to do this. You can also email your questions to customerservice@ruzzana.com.

Leather is a natural material and will soften and stretch over time. It fits all bodies differently and may take time to take the shape of your body. 

 

What if it doesn’t fit me right?

We value your satisfaction with every purchase and will be happy to answer any questions you have before confirming your purchase.

If the received item does not match the measurements that you provided upon ordering, please reach out to us.

There may be a slight variation in color due to photography/light effects or also due to computer color resolution.

Some of the hardware used in production contains nickel plating.

If you have a nickel allergy, please consider this before purchasing.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of being placed and no later.

How do I care for my leather pieces? 

Never soak or wash your leather pieces. You can wipe them with a clean damp cloth followed by a dry cloth or paper towel to absorb any excess water. 

To prevent damage and staining of your piece, please avoid direct contact of the leather with your genitals. We recommend using panty liners on the inside of the bikini and underwear pieces to help with this. 

Store your leather items in a cool dry place and avoid contact with water and other pieces of clothing. Over time moisture can cause the leather dye to transfer onto clothing.
